I have car, umbrella and condo policies. Too many late fees. Inflexible about changing bill due dates. They charged me for a car I told them to stop charging me for, for 3 years. Wouldn’t correct that mi$take. I’m not at all keen on this office. But they prompted this review. I recommend a different office. Not sure another provider is any better. Out of habit and lazyness I stay with them.Update: despite their mealy reply here — the office so bungled my last experience with them, refusing to explain why I was charged for the suspended car, just gaslighting that completely. Charging $1400+ for auto with a mysterious $400 “discount,” for example. My Allstate renewals for 2026 went straight through the roof. So I went to AAA where I’ve saved substantially for better coverage at much lower rates. I suggest you shop around too. Allstate will add all manner of handling fees, late fees, fake discounts, and just blow you off if you question the unreasonable increases. Over it.

They are great! I like the calm manner that they spoke to me with and that they surprised me by being able to assist with home owners insurance which is something Allstate doesn't do. Overall, my experience was okay, but I faced two significant issues. First, when I purchased my homeowners insurance, my old policy wasn't canceled, which caused confusion with my escrow account. Second, I wasn’t informed that I needed an app to track my driving in order to maintain a discount on my auto policy.

I am truly amazed how Michael Saunders and his team take care of me: They explain different options available, answer my questions in a timely manner (they have excellent customer service), provide an advice and let me decide with no pressure. If I need help dealing with my previous insurance, they helped me out getting my refund, even if was a small amount and they had to make a few phone calls.
