Michael Saunders Allstate Insurance Company is a wonderful experience - first with their customer service team, and even when I was facing an accident and had to submit a claim. I am always very well taken care of by competent people that actually know the insurance industry, insurance laws, and are more than happy to assist with any and all needs. Today, we are surrounded by incompetency everywhere - this is deceitful and wastes our time. You will never encounter this with Michael Saunders Allstate team! You will leave your encounters with them better than you came!

They work hard to make sure I'm getting the best deal. (Last summer I priced out insurance with another company, and found out I already had the best price.) It is also WONDERFUL to call an insurance company and actually talk with a human being!Yesterday I called to make a change, got Kristen on the phone, and had a lovely conversation--as well as easily taking care of the reason I called.

It is no accident that I remain a loyal customer of the Saunders Agency for many decades. The agency itself is populated by extremely well-informed agents and managers with outstanding, even gracious, interpersonal skills, unruffled in any circumstance or policy question, efficient in the extreme, always prepared with state-of-the-art information and conflict resolution skills, need be, in any claims that might arise. Ingrid Sheehan is certainly a valued and outstanding member of this exceptional team. Her respectful and persevering follow-through on a recent claim (fire) never missed a beat, not on the busiest day, up to the last minute on the clock, across two time zones, two adjusters, and unusual circumstances that arose. Respectfully honoring team coordination, she remained poised on the many special problems that arose, mediating solutions and details, moving things forward. She was clearly standing by me through what was a potentially traumatic, and surely disruptive, situation, constantly communicating and facilitating progress. Along with the unflappable Mike Peterson whose expert identification of problems & available solutions under new changes to CT condo laws, Ingrid carried the ball constantly forward, keeping me in the loop without fail. Yes, I was in 'good hands' with Allstate. What was headed toward a traumatic impasse with legal ramifications was freed and moved forward. It does not surprise me that Ingrid is part of this team.
